KIDS THESE DAYS
I feel sorry for kids these days. They are growing up in a time of very limited good television programming. We grew up in the days of the original Power Rangers, Dragon Ball Z, Pokemon, Medabots, Yu Yu Hakusho, and so much more. They are growing up with Spongebob, Flapjack, and numerous other bad television shows and networks. MTV and BET are ceasing to show music videos. We grew up on BET Now and RAP City. The poor unfortunate young souls that spread the earth now are at a great disadvantage. Some of them might not even know what a super saiyan is, or how Ash and Pikachu became such close friends, or where Carmen Sandiego is. It is our job as educated individuals to share our treasures with those less fortunate, and kids these days are definitely less fortunate, poisoned by Hannah Montana and other crap. It makes me sick to my stomach and its an injustice that I will not stand for.

Most people find the phrase "you're a hater" to be a bad thing. I think we should embrace the hate that other people send out. We all hate, whether out loud or in our heads, its bound to happen. Sometimes people have or do better, or sometimes you just cant stand somebody. My witnessess are on this blog, they know who they are lol. I hate, its natural. I hate 50 Cent, I hate Kid Cudi, and I hate Nas. Those are just a few examples of things. I could continue forever. Next time you call somebody a hater, think about all the times you hated on them, because you know it happened. Embrace the hate, as humans its one of the things we all share because its always someone or something to hate.

this is strange but dope. Justine Lai is a San Francisco artist who has created oil paintings of her fucking presidents. In Join Or Die I paint myself having sex with the Presidents of the United States in chronological order. I am interested in humanizing and demythologizing the Presidents by addressing their public legacies and private lives. The presidency itself is a seemingly immortal and impenetrable institution; by inserting myself in its timeline, I attempt to locate something intimate and mortal. I use this intimacy to subvert authority, but it demands that I make myself vulnerable along with the Presidents. Is Jay-z bigger than hip hop? that is the main question that xxl asks in new issue. thats bullshit, no single artist is bigger than hip hop. its imposssible. this isn't hate and bitterness that i am uttering towards jigga, i nothing but respect for his game but saying he bigger hip hop thats bullshit. no one is; not big, pac,nas,rakim,or jay. hip hop is merely a vessel or in simpler terms a stage for poets(rappers or emcees) to express their selves.hip hop doesn't allow no one to become bigger then itself. hip hop is like GOD. if you don't follow the rules hip hop teaches you a lesson. ask 50 cent. with a fan base his time is limited. i dont mean to pick on 50 but i do. he went to far he didnt know his limits(sorry erol) so hip hop almost ended him. Jay-z isnt and wont ever be bigger than hip hop. no one will. and if dont agree with oooh well... go fuck yourself.
