A Beautiful Mind
Takin a page out of Ojik's handbook, I want to present you with another beautiful mind. Jonathan E. McCoy is an 11 year old African American youth who is trying to get our population to stop using the "n" word. This articulate young man has renewed my hope for the future generation. I for one am going to reduce my use of the word because of this young man.

FAME KILLS:WEST+GAGA
"So Gaga & Kanye are going on tour..."
"Kanye's an asshole."
"Gaga has a dick."
"Kanye's a genius."
"Gaga is true art."
"Trendsetters are close, but maybe TrailBlazers is more appropriate."
"IT'S LIKE THEY ALLOW THEMSELVES TO BECOME SACRIFICIAL LAMBS IN THEIR PURSUIT OF ARTISTRY." - wine & bowties
its sort of like what Harvey Gent said in "The Dark Knight", "you either die a superhero, or you live long enough to see yourself become the villian." In this case being the shit and the dopest muthafucka out and ever replaces superhero & being lame and non- orginial covers the villian.
A BEAUTIFUL MIND:Ryan Leslie
Ryan Leslie is an American record producer, multi-instrumentalist, rapper, and singer. Founder of the media company NextSelection Lifestyle Group, Leslie has produced singles for a number of artists in a variety of genres ranging from R&B/Hip-Hop to Pop to Gospel.
At an early age, Leslie taught himself how to play the piano. He developed the ability to recite music, as well as arrange chords to create songs. At the age of 15, Leslie scored a 1600 on his SATs - a perfect score. In 1993 he applied to four University of California campuses as well as Stanford, Yale and Harvard. In his application essays he explained his interest in matriculating from his junior year in high school without having earned a diploma. He was accepted to all except Yale. He ultimately decided to attend Harvard University. At the age of 19, Leslie graduated from Harvard with a degree in Government, concentrating in Political Science and Macroeconomics. During his commencement ceremonies, Ryan delivered the prestigious Harvard Oration.
During his freshmen year at Harvard, Leslie devoted many hours per week to creating and developing music in a studio basement on campus. He taught himself basic production skills and also developed a musical style. As the semesters progressed, Leslie spent more and more time in the school's studio molding his craft.
He was named one of "New York's 50 Hottest Bachelors" in 2009 by PageSix Magazine, published by the New York Post.

A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUCEMENT.
THE DEATH OF THE HIPSTER; THE EMERGENCE OF HIP:
We got to cool it with this hipster shit. I swear Chevron created the term and pushed into mainstream media for us to pick up and run with. The reality of it is that all of us are “hipsters.” A hipster has a negative conotation because we’ve attached a bunch of random characteristics to a label that didn’t even exist two years ago. It really doesn’t matter what kind of music you listen to, what kind of bike you ride, or how your jeans fit. It’s so damn arbitrary. However, I must admit, there are those who give fire to the term. They’re the poo putts of the world. You can’t hate on them though, because as Case always says, “Everyone poops…” Simply meaning NO ONE, is THAT fly(Feelin Like Yourself), always, we all do some shit that even if it seems tight in the moment will turn into a poo move in retrospect.
So we gotta chill with the labeling. We gotta chill out on not doing something, because we’re conscious of how other people will think of it. That’s a fabrication of the mind that is NOT rooted in reality.
So let me offer this idea instead. I don’t think the term hipster exists. Like I said, I think Chevron created it to get people to not ride bikes and keep on driving cars. But the hipster ideology is floppin. I would argue that we are not hipsters, in actuality we’re just hip. Hip as fuck. Devastatingly hip. Viciously and at the same time gloriously, hip. So hip they have to think of another term to label us. We instinctively know what’s hot and what’s not, and have a consciousness about life, the media and our culture that is unparalleled. I mean come on, my mom is up on Drizzy! Tom’s mom fucks with Kanye. It’s bad. There will always be people trying to label us and force us to stay in one lane when we’re really trying to swerve. But I think the key is to embrace our individuality, and do what we feel is right. Lunch time. (not my words.)

A BEAUTIFUL MIND: Howard Hughes
Howard Hughes was an American aviator, engineer, industrialist, film producer and director, philanthropist, and one of the wealthiest people in the world. He gained fame in the late 1920s as a maverick film producer, making big budget and often controversial films like Hell's Angels, Scarface, and The Outlaw. Hughes was one of the most influential aviators in history. He also set multiple world air-speed records (for which he won many awards, including the Congressional Gold Medal), built the Hughes H-1 Racer and H-4 "Hercules" aircraft, and acquired and expanded Trans World Airlines. Hughes is remembered today, however, for his eccentric behavior and reclusive lifestyle in later life, caused in part by a worsening obsessive–compulsive disorder.

A BEAUTIFUL MIND:Dr. Cornel West
Dr. Cornel West is an American philosopher, author, critic, pastor, actor, and civil rights activist, as well as a prominent member of the Democratic Socialists of America. West currently serves as the Class of 1943 University Professor at Princeton University, where he teaches in the Center for African American Studies and in the department of Religion.
West is known for his combination of political and moral insight and criticism, and his contribution to the post-1960s civil rights movement. The bulk of his work focuses upon the role of race, gender, and class in American society and the means by which people act and react to their “radical conditionedness." West draws intellectual contributions from such diverse traditions as the African American Baptist Church, pragmatism and transcendentalism.
West has branded the U.S. a "racist patriarchal" nation where "white supremacy" continues to define everyday life. In West's view, the September 11, 2001 attacks gave white Americans a glimpse of what it means to be a black person in the United States—feeling "unsafe, unprotected, subject to random violence, and hatred" for who they are.
West describes himself as a "non-Marxist socialist"
