A defintite household name Ralph Lauren(Ralph Lifshitz) is one of the most reowned designers and buisness exuctive in the fashion industry. Best known for his Polo brand, Lauren was to a jewish family in The Bronx in the late 1930's. After serving in the Army for a few years and then working at Brooks Brothr, Lauren opened a neck0tie store that would carry some of his own designs under the neame "Polo" in the late 1960's. In thr 70's, the iconic Polo logo was introduced, almost instantly becoming a classic design.
