JAY-Z = FRANK SINATRA: THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Jay-Z is the last of hip hops so called golden age. Everybody from that era is either dead, retired, or washed up. But yet jay seems to be seems to be like fine whine, just gets better with age. To me jay is seen the same as Frank Sinatra(aka the chairman of the board) was to their respective game, ROYALTY. The hip hop world stops when jay releases anything. Jay has entered THE NOTOURIOUS B.I.G status within the hip hop community.
